Strawb on 5m and hoping wind would increase as forecast rigged 76l and 4.7m After just about planing out and in up to 5.3m.Apart from a few lulls that was right, planing most of time. Chopwas everywhere and wind on shore so quickly in the river but OK on small gear. Some lovely swells and big chop in river to turn off.. Sea got gradually choppier then smoother as it rose, felt like strong currents in places causing sea conditions. Pauls D and S, Ian and Squiz also out; don't know how Paul D sailed so well on only 4.5m. Quite a wind shadow close to shore which made launching in shore dump challenging as sea rose.
